If you are unwell
Distancing
Please follow distancing guidelines as set out by the Government (link below) both to and from attending your appointment. Social Distances guidelines will also be indicated by Harvey Nichols and Harrods in-store. Please only attend your appointment alone unless booking an appointment for multiple guests.
Hygiene
Hand sanitizer will be available upon arrival to the concession as well as throughout the store. Additional bins will be available for any PPE you wish to dispose of.
Payments
We will still accept cash payments but we ask clients to use contactless methods where possible.
Booking
We ask that all clients book in advance via our web booking or email. Our phone lines will be open during store hours but where possible please use email if you need to contact us on info@111cryo.com. Please ensure you book an appointment for yourself and any additional guests so appropriate time can be blocked out.
Availability
There will be reduced availability in order to implement higher levels of safety and hygiene for customers and staff. We ask you to be punctual to your appointment to maintain sufficient time between appointments to uphold these protocols. We reserve the right to refuse entry to latecomers.
Safety
Our staff will be wearing Personal Protective Equipment and following hygiene protocols for staff, equipment and store, in accordance to government guidelines and our owns enhanced safety practices.

111CRYO/HEAT Guidelines
Visitors:
·Controlled number of customers in concession at all times (2 visitors maximum when attending with significant other from same bubble e.g. Partner/family member)
·Walk-in appointments are no longer available. All appointments must be pre-booked.
·Hand sanitiser used on arrival.
·COVID-19 Check form filled by client prior to visit.
Screening, tracking and customer service policies
· Late Cancellation fees waived if not attending due to Covid-19 symptoms/illness.
· Non-contact Temperature check upon arrival at concession
· Medical questionnaire and Covid-19 check form before sessions.
· Booking system recording customer/visitor details as required by NHS Track and Trace.
Staff:
· Strict adhering to all staff handbooks and guides related to Covid-19 distributed by host stores.
· PPE to be worn as required.
· Cleaning between every client of all contact surfaces and equipment.
· All customer consumables disposable or washable and professionally cleaned.
· Schedule blocked with sufficient gaps between clients to prevent queueing or cross-over.
· Rota organised to only have the same staff working together.
· Increased hygiene and handwashing between all clients.
· Limited number of staff in concession at all times.
· Uniform to be worn only in the workplace and not outside of the building.
· Any illness of Covid-19 symptoms reported immediately.
· Hair to be worn away from the face to avoid unnecessary touching, and nails to be short and extension-free to facilitate thorough hand washing.
· No jewellery or accessories on the hands and wrists.
· Single-use consumables to be disposed of correctly away from customer areas.
